There have been bad tv ads since broadcasting started and I guess new ideas are hard to come by, but some ads should never be seen. My absolute no. 1 skin crawling ad at the moment is for Oak Iced Coffee. If ever an advert would put me off a product this is it - if you drink it, you obviously turn into a raving loony!!!!!! Now, who thought it was cute to put a kid in an ad to sell a digital scanner. I know she is someones daughter and they probably think the ad is fantastic, but I don't. Then there are the local/regional attempts. I realise money is tight and that ads have to be made as cheaply as possible, but PLEASE, cut the pathetic bad acting and bad comedy, just give us the basic facts. There is probably a site out there for people to gripe about all the ads they hate - and if not then there should be!!!!
